Chelsea Hoover

I am Chelsea Hoover, and I am part of the Ninth Grade Academy and the Math Department. I teach Foundations of/Intermediate Algebra. I have been teaching at Stall since the fall of 2017.

I am a native of Charleston, attended Berkeley High School, and a graduate of Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. While at CSU, I completed my student teaching at  Stall High School and quickly realized how much I wanted to teach there and could not wait to begin the opportunity of working with the great students I get to work with everyday! Along with teaching you can find me at a variety of sporting events cheering on the warriors with my cowbell.

Outside of school I love to travel! I have a goal to see all of the United States and try to work on it a little at the time over the summers. I also love Pi and know the first 15 or so digits.
