Hello... I am Senior Master Sergeant Mullins (Retired) an Aerospace Science Instructor in the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Center program (AFJROTC). I joined the R.B. Stall Staff in July 2018.  I am an Air Force Veteran with 26 years of Logistics, Human Resources and Leadership & Management experience.  I was responsible for planning and implementation of multiple programs across the United States Air Force’s Logistics enterprise. As the Superintendent of 823rd Red Horse Squadron’s Logistics flight, I led 91 personnel encompassing 14 different job specialties directly affecting multiple projects valued at $12M. Additionally, I oversaw 16 physical training leaders administering fitness programs to 479 personnel and achieving a 99% pass rate. I provided directed leadership/guidance/counseling/mentorship to a 14-member management staff sustaining on-the-job training for more than 500 personnel in the Information Technology, Logistics, Construction, Vehicle Maintenance, Logistics Planning, Hospitality, Food Service, Security and Human Resources personnel that directly supported 275 aircraft engaged in ongoing operations world-wide. My committed and devotion was the development of young Air Force personnel. I facilitated a career broadening experience involving senior leaders sharing career pitfall avoidance techniques to 52 personnel. As a First Sergeant I was the principle advisor to the commander on the morale/health/welfare for 848 personnel. Guided 551 personnel to pursue higher education, resulting in the award of 4 associate’s degrees in less than 12 months with 71 enrolling in masters programs. Advocated several different resiliency programs. Managed training and meetings for 82 family members, aiding in the understanding of deployment processes and easing the anxiety of deployed personnel. Served as a spokesperson on the Joint Military Women’s Leadership Symposium. Shared insights on successful career and choices to more than 300 attendees. Lastly, I am currently enrolled in Procurement and Acquisitions Management Master’s program though Webster University; projected graduation May 2020. My civilian education background is a Bachelor of Science degree in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Associates degree in Human Resource and Logistics Management, Certification in Executive Leadership & Management from Notre Dame, and Certification in Project Management from Villanova. My professional military education includes Senior Noncommissioned Officer Academy (SNCOA), First Sergeant Academy, and Professional Management Certification, and Noncommissioned Officer Academy (NCOA).
