Mrs. Sayer began her career teaching as a Biology teacher in Stafford County, Virginia.  After a year of teaching and coaching varsity soccer, she moved to Charlotte, NC and taught Biology for two years at West Charlotte High School.  While at WCHS, she continued to coach varsity soccer and swimming.

In 2011, Mrs. Sayer came to R.B. Stall High School to teach biology, as well as coach varsity soccer, swimming, and work as a personalized learning coach.  She eventually became an assistant administrator, having worked in the Ninth Grade Academy.  She currently serves as Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction.

Mrs. Sayer is passionate about education for all.  Outside of the classroom, Virginia enjoys spending time outdoors, running, and traveling with her husband and their dogs, Maddux and Chipper.
