Changing Parent Contact Information

Keeping the school up-to-date with current parent and emergency contact information is critical.  If you move and/or change your phone number it is very important that you complete the information that has changed on pages 1-3 of the R.B. Stall Enrollment Forms and the return the updated forms to the school as soon as possible.  If you have moved we also ask that you provide proof of residency for your new address.  Questions related to contact information should be directed to the Guidance Office.
